The Kentucky Horse park brings people who loves horse from all over the world for ad variety of activities. The World Equestrian games were actually held here several years ago, the first time this prestigious event was held in the United States. Make sure you book a couple of days to take in all the horse park has to offer. They have events continually through the year.

The Red River Gorge is one of the most scenic areas in Kentucky and highlights dramatic cliffs, caves and river. During the fall season the colors are spectacular and they have a zip line that will take you on an extended tour thru the canopy. Rock climbers from all over the world come to train and challenge themselves on some of the most dramatic cliffs, outcrops, and bridges to be found anywhere in the United States. Many of the cliffs in the Gorge would be considered a class five challenge and are not for the beginner. To top off a long and exhausting day of climbing, The piazza joint as you enter the park has long lines at all times built it is well worth the wait. There is also a camping area adjacent to that for those adventurers on a budget.
